If your order was placed successfully but shows as “Cancelled,” it means the system automatically cancelled it. A refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
2. I want to cancel my order due to long waiting time or out-of-stock items.
You may request a cancellation directly through the outlet staff if:
- Items are out of stock
- The estimated waiting time is prolonged (40–60 minutes)
However, please note that if the App has already displayed an extended estimated wait time and you proceed with the order knowingly during peak hours, the cancellation due to waiting time will not be applicable.
3. I placed an order to the wrong outlet. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, orders placed to the wrong outlet are not eligible for a refund, as cancellations or changes cannot be made once the order is submitted. Please double-check your outlet selection before checkout.
